My counselor told me a few years ago that I needed a hobby. I didn’t see the point (EXACTLY!) So I signed up for my first art class- Waking Up Grey, written by my “deep well” of a friend, Jennie Schut.
I learned several things in that class like…
“Creativity is a stroll with Jesus,” “It takes discipline to play like a child” and
“Writing and organizing a closet are forms of art just as much as painting or sculpting,”
Today, Jennie is here with us to tell us about her updated book “Waking Up Grey” and will encourage us to ponder the question, “What is one thing I do which allows me to sense God’s pleasure?” and will implore us to go out and “Waste a little time today doing that thing.” Doesn’t that sound just fabulous???

Join us next week for pt 2 of Jennie’s interview where she’ll tell us why she thinks Christians need to not be too quick in jumping to forgiveness. Till next time,
